Re-domiciliation of companies to Cyprus
Cyprus Company Law permits the so-called “re-domiciliation” process whereby a company can transfer its seat of incorporation into or out of Cyprus. Therefore, with our assistance, foreign companies can opt to transfer their domicile to Cyprus without winding-up their business or legal entity and are able to benefit from the advantageous tax regime that Cyprus has.
