Evgenia is a holder of a BA in History and Archaeology (Distinction) and an MA in Byzantine Studies (Distinction) from the University of Cyprus. She joined our firm in 2014.

She is the Assistant Manager of our Corporate Department and leads the team of corporate administrators. She is responsible for the supervision of a wide range of corporate matters including, but not limited to, company incorporation in Cyprus and foreign jurisdictions, transfer of corporate seats in and out of Cyprus as well as day-to-day corporate administration affairs. She performs, inter alia, due diligence on potential clients, undertakes the registration of trademarks in Cyprus and deals with members’ voluntary liquidations and strike off procedures.

Moreover, Evgenia handles the opening of corporate and personal bank accounts with local and international banking institutions and further assists clients in respect to banking transactions.

Her expertise extends to the field of Immigration Services. As the head of the immigration team of our firm, she provides full guidance and assistance to clients mainly in relation to temporary and permanent residence permits, work permits as well as citizenship by naturalization. She monitors all the stages of the application process, acting as liaison with the relevant governmental authorities in Cyprus on behalf of clients.
