Evgenia joined our firm in 2014 and she is the Head of the Immigration Department, where she leads the provision of immigration and relocation services to corporate and individual clients.

She has extensive experience in managing a wide range of immigration and relocation matters in Cyprus, including the registration of companies of foreign interests, temporary and permanent residence permits for third country nationals, employment permits, family reunification permits, naturalisation and registration of European Union nationals.

As Head of the Migration Department, Evgenia oversees the entire immigration process, from the initial assessment of clients’ circumstances and preparation of the required documentation to the submission, monitoring, and completion of applications. She acts as a liaison with the relevant governmental authorities in Cyprus, ensuring that applications are handled efficiently and in accordance with the applicable requirements and procedures.

Alongside her immigration responsibilities, Evgenia is actively involved in the firm’s Corporate Department, where she manages a broad range of corporate and administrative matters. Her experience includes company incorporations in Cyprus and foreign jurisdictions, ongoing corporate administration, members’ voluntary liquidations, and strike-off procedures.

She also assists corporate and individual clients with opening bank accounts with local and international banking institutions, providing practical guidance throughout the process and liaising with the relevant banks to support the establishment of banking relationships.

With extensive experience in migration and corporate services, Evgenia plays an integral role in managing client matters and ensuring that each process is handled efficiently and effectively.
