Marina Kaskiri joined our firm in 2018. She is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department of our firm. She mainly deals with the drafting and/or reviewing of shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, sale or purchase of real estate and conducts due diligence procedures during the acquisition of companies by our clients.

Moreover, her knowledge and expertise extend to alterations of the authorised and issued share capital of the companies, managing mergers and acquisitions, effecting re-domiciliation of companies in and out of Cyprus, supervising financing transactions and registering charges over corporate assets. She is also involved in numerous voluntary members’ and creditors’ liquidations.

Marina regularly advises clients on matters relating to intellectual property and effects registration of patents and trademarks in Cyprus and the WIPO. She also deals with the succession issues including the establishment of Cyprus International trusts. Furthermore, she advises clients in respect to Data Protection Laws.
