Nicholas Manousakis is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus since 2014. He also holds the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation in London.
He has over 15 years of experience in audit, financial services, accounting and tax advisory, having commenced his career with a Big Four firm before progressing to a Senior Manager role with an international administrative services provider.
Nicholas heads the Accounting Team of Onview Advisors Limited (www.onview.com.cy), the affiliated accounting company of Korelis & Co LLC. His practice focuses on international taxation, transaction and business advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and International Financial Reporting Standards, advising clients on the tax, accounting and financial implications of complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
