MICHAEL N. KORELIS
Managing Director
Michael Korelis is the Founder and Managing Director of Korelis & Co. LLC, established in 2010. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2004 and has since developed a distinguished practice with extensive experience in corporate, commercial and tax law, advising clients on complex corporate matters, transactions and strategic legal issues.
CHRISTINA KOTSAPA
Director - Head of Litigation Department & Dispute resolution
Christina Kotsapa was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2004 and has built an extensive career in litigation and dispute resolution, having practised for many years within the litigation department of one of Cyprus’ oldest and most highly regarded law firms. In 2018, she joined Korelis & Co. LLC as a Partner and has since played a leading role in the continued development of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice.
NICHOLAS MANOUSAKIS
Accounting & Tax Advisory Director
Nicholas Manousakis is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus since 2014. He also holds the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation in London.
NINOS KORELIS
Senior Tax Consultant
Ninos has over 40 years’ experience with the Cyprus Inland Revenue, where he was a chief assessor in the corporate division of the Income Tax office in Nicosia.
MARINA KASKIRI
Head of Corporate Department
Marina Kaskiri joined Korelis & Co. LLC in 2018 and is Head of the Corporate Department, where she advises clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial and transactional matters. She has developed substantial experience in the structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex corporate transactions, providing clients with practical and commercially focused legal advice throughout the transaction lifecycle.
EVGENIA HADJILOIZOU
Head of Immigration Department
Evgenia joined our firm in 2014 and she is the Head of the Immigration Department, where she leads the provision of immigration and relocation services to corporate and individual clients.
ANDREAS CONSTANTINOU
Senior Associate Lawyer
Andreas Constantinou joined our firm in 2019 as an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
NEOFYTOS XANTHOU
Associate Lawyer
Neofytos Xanthou joined our firm in January 2026 as an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Neofytos mainly deals with commercial and corporate law matters, contract and civil law, and intellectual property.
ARISTODIMOS ARISTODIMOU
Associate Lawyer
Aristodimos Aristodimou joined Korelis Law Firm in 2026 as an Associate in the Corporate Department. He works on a broad range of corporate matters, including company formation and ongoing corporate administration procedures.
VINA MOLLA
Senior Corporate Administrator
Vina has studied Sociology and Political Science in the University of Indianapolis in Athens. She has been working as a corporate administrator since 2005 and since 2012 she has joined our team.
ANTHI HERAKLEOUS
Administrator
Anthi is a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in European and International Studies from the University of Macedonia in Greece. She has joined our firm in 2022 as Administrator.
